Hi, I’m Toni Angelo - relationship coach, mom, wife and woman who had to heal herself before she could help anyone else. For years, I chased love that looked good on the outside but left me empty on the inside. I stayed too long in places that broke me, tried to prove I was worthy, and kept hoping someone would finally choose me the way I was choosing them.

Spoiler Alert: they didn’t.

And when I finally left? I didn’t even recognize myself.

But that is where the real work started.

I created Grow in Love for the woman I used to be: strong but exhausted, loyal to her own pain, and afraid to believe that love could feel safe, soft, and mutual.
